On-chain real estate

Property ownership you can prove on-chain.

Realsley is building an on-chain property registry — property records, tokenized deeds, and transfers that settle on-chain. Verifiable ownership, without the paperwork chase.

In development — nothing on this page is live yet.

What we're building

The deed, the record, and the transfer — verifiable on one chain of truth.

Property records

Every property lives as one structured record — title details, documents, and history — anchored on-chain so it can be checked, not just trusted.

Tokenized deeds

The deed becomes a token that represents ownership. Hold it, prove it, pass it on — the record of who owns what stops depending on a filing cabinet.

On-chain settlement

Transfers settle as on-chain transactions: final, timestamped, and auditable end to end. No lost paperwork, no ambiguity about when ownership moved.

How it will work

Three steps from listing to a settled transfer.

  1. 01

    List

A property enters the registry as a structured record — title details, documents, and the tokenized deed that will represent it.

  2. 02

    Verify

The record is checked and anchored on-chain. Anyone you choose can verify ownership against the chain — no paperwork chase.

  3. 03

    Transfer

Ownership moves when the deed token moves. Transfer and settlement happen on-chain, leaving a verifiable trail from listing to closing.

This is the flow we're building toward — it isn't live yet.
